Why is your sexual energy the key to your spiritual growth? Your sexual energy is the purest, most unfiltered, and ego-free part of you. When you’re truly in your sexual energy, you are your most authentic self. You regress back to something raw and primal, connecting with the purest essence of your being.

In this state, your sexual energy isn’t about thinking. It’s about experiencing. It’s about receiving, giving, and simply being in the flow of the moment.

And the truest sensation of all of this is bliss and ecstasy. Your erotic and sexual energy are gateways into that bliss. Think about those times when you’ve totally let go during sex—when you’ve been completely involved in the experience, as if you were traveling to another place.
