Stop neglecting your needs in sex. Your sexual needs are as important as the person you are sharing with. There should be an equal footing in your intimacy—a balance where whatever you’re sharing is a co-creation between two people. It’s about both of you being equally involved in this process.
Have you ever had the type of sex where it just feels like you’re going through the motions, leaving you wondering what it’s really about? Sex, for me, is a co-creation. It’s two people coming together, wanting to share something sexy, horny, erotic, and pleasurable—something meaningful that resonates deeply for both of you.
But here’s the truth: it only becomes meaningful when it feels like a co-creation. Sometimes, though, we fall into the trap of thinking that other people are more important than we are. You might feel that your partner, especially if they’re someone you find sexy or erotic, is somehow better or more deserving than you. And in that process, you might give away your power.
But I promise you this: you are just as important as they are. You are equal. Whatever you’re sharing, whatever way you’re connecting, it should be as much about your needs as it is about theirs. And for this to happen, there might need to be a conversation—whether that’s online, through a message, or face-to-face. You might say, “I’d like to try this,” or “I’d like to explore that.”
The essence of co-creation is recognizing that your needs and your pleasure are as equally important as the other person’s. Intimacy thrives on this equality, and when you step into that space, you create a connection that’s not just physical but profoundly meaningful.
Blessings and good day to you. Take care. Bye-bye.
